We are, quite likely, the one element of your event that you will rely on most, since we will be providing not only the food and service, but we will be coordinating much of what goes on, both before and during your event.
As a result, it will make your occasion that much more comfortable and satisfying for you when you feel as if your caterer is on the same page as you, and will be there to make certain that you are pleased and your event a success.

Dear Sascha,
Katherine and I want to express our thanks to you and your
people for the terrific job you all did in preparing and serving
the wonderful luncheon following her ordination last Saturday
the 5th of june.
All the food was so fresh and delicious, and the display was
beautiful. We have recieved many compliments from our friends
who were here, as well as some who were not able to make it
but heard via the grapevine about how nice everything was.
Of course good food is just a part of having a successful
event. An equally important ingredient is the staff who comes
in to prepare the house, set things up, tend to the serving
of both food and beverages, and cleaning up. The three folks
who were here were just first rate. They negotiated thei way
around the crowd, kept things orderly as well as being cooperative
and pleasant.
In the small world department, it turns out that Pam once
worked at a kennel in Pasadena where we have boarded dogs
for 15 years. She had helped take care of our lab and cocker
who used to stay there in the late 80's and 90's.
Foutunately the church where Katherine will be serving as
Deacon was having its annual picnic the next day, and we were
able to take most of the leftovers over for that event. There
they were enjoyed all over again and highly praised. Thank
all of you yet again for helping provide a truly memorable
event.

Rehersal Dinner and Wedding

Sascha and Tara,
A belated, but heartfelt thank you for helping to make our
wedding so special. The rehersal dinner and wedding were both
perfect- the food, the service....
When we were selecting a caterer, Sascha's was always our
first choice, given its one of our favorite restauarunts!
Thak you for all of your help, and a special thanks to Tara
for everything. We will have to bring in pictures and share
them over a few glasses of wine.

Thank you for helping to make Fila's Global Marketing Meeting
a huge success. The catering was, in a word...magnificent.
You and your team accomplished the impossible by transforming
Fila's corporate office into two different "restaurants"
for over 130 people for 3 meals a day for 3 days. To top it
off, everything was flawless.
From start to finish, the entire process of working with
you and your team was extremely smooth. We were impressed
by the creativity and variety from your menu selections for
